Xsan wants to reinitailize my Storage Pool

Hi All

I've got an odd situation here. On the weekend I added two more LUNs to one of my storage pools. To do so, I backed up all the data, and removed the storage pool. Then I created a new pool and added all my LUNS to it. Xsan told me to it had to reinitialize the volume, I said yes and I ended up with a 9.1 TB Volume made up of 5 LUNs, exactly what I was expecting.

I rebooted all the systems and they all saw the new storage. But two of the systems failed to see an existing volume which I didn't change at all. I tried mounting it normally, no luck. So whenever I have an issue like this, I usually delete the config folder (library>filesystems>xsan>config) and reinstall xsan on that machine. But when I went through the usual routine, Xsan told me that my LUNS had changed and it needed to reinitialize with the message:

Are you sure you want to initialize volume "Online_San"? LUNs have changed order in an existing storage pool. The volume must be initialized to make your changes. All data on the changed volume will be lost.

But I have already re-initalized the drives. I have checked the contents of the config files on all the systems and they all say the same info about the raids. Are there are any hidden config files that I should be checking on my systems? Any other thoughts?

Cheers
