How do I best combine two Outlook calendars into one?

All:

I'm using a MacBook Air now upgraded to OS X Mavericks and an iPhone 5 running iOS 7.

I have Outlook for Mac -- pulling mail from two Gmail accounts -- and a calendar and contacts archive created from my former Exchange account from work.

Right now, Outlook is showing items from two calendars -- the Calendar and an "On My Computer" Calendar pulling from the archive version. Neither of them shows up my iPhone. Previously, the Exchange calendar was the only one I showed on the iPhone. I no longer have an Exchange account.

Ideally, I would would like to start fresh with just one calendar visible on both MacBook and iPhone.

I'm open to any and all suggestions about the most seamless approach.

Thanks!

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
