Restoring to factory settings on Mac Mini with boot camp partition

How would I go about restoring a Mac mini to factory settings with a boot camp partition? I have both windows and Mac backed up. Mac is updated to OS X Maverick. Do I need to delete the partition before restoring the Mac mini to factory settings?

Yes, since when you got the Mini it did not have bootcamp installed,

Boot into the recovery partition

OS X: About OS X Recovery

and then Reformat your hard drive with Disk Utility to erase all stored data and then reinstall OS X on your computer.
