iOS 7.0.3 is the worst thing that happened to me. How do I take it away from my iPhone?
Is there any possible way to get my old operating system back?
I would be very grateful if someboby could help!

If 7.0.3 is truly the worst thing that happed to you, then you have been living a very blessed life and should be very thankful.
There is no supported way to downgrade the iOS.

Apple does not support downgrading the iOS.
Perhaps you can describe what problems you are having, tell us what you've done to try and fix them and tell us what, if any, error messages you received. Someone here will try to help.
If your life revolves around a phone, then you are very lucky. Millions of people struggle to earn enough to purchase food for their families. They would consider it a miraculous blessing to be able to have enough free time and safety & security to complain that they dislike the operating system on their smartphone.
Do you have a technical question, other than downgrading your iOS, which is not supported?
My phone is having many issues after this last update, as well. I've been on the phone with support already this morning trying to get it fixed.

After the update my phone has become very slow, I have problems with texting and receiving messages. The phone can no longer receive calls, I don't even see when people are trying to reach me.
Restore the phone. If that doesn't do it. Restore it as a new device. (do not restore your backup). Test it... does that help?
If I restore then all my books (pdf files) and all my notes will dissapear, I am trying to put those files on my computer but there doesn't seem to exist a way to copy stuff from the iPhone to computer exept pictures
You can import purchased items to iTunes. How did you get the pdf files onto the phone in the first place? Do you not have them stored someplace else?
I used iBooks too download and store the PDF files on my phone.
I often read when I travel and then download books I find on internet so unfortunatelly I do not have them anywhere else.
You had to download them from somewhere... Where did they originate? Re-download them.
When you sync your device and transfer purchases the PDF files should copy to your computer.
