Safari bug when opening new tabs with view all tabs activated

After installing Mavericks a strange bug is happening when I try to open a new tab while the view all tabs is activated. To reproduce I activate the show all tabs and then i try to open a new tab by either clicking on the plus button or by using the hotkey, than the tab being focused changes to Top Sites and a new tab is created with a blank page at the end of the list of tabs, and Safari leaves the show all tab selecting the tab previously focused, that now displays the Top Sites instead of the page that was loaded on that tab before. I expected that a new tab be opened and Safari selects the new tab without messing with the other opened tabs. Does anyone have this same problem?

PS.: I have a Macbook Pro 13" (mid 2012) and I did a clean install.

Safari 7-OTHER, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
