I blocked my trash!!!

Hello !

For the first time, I put a video file (quick time) from the desktop to the trash.

Then the trash is completely blocked... I tried the inverse operation (to stop the emptying of the trash), and now I see these two messages while the trash is still blocked.

Can you help me ?
