I shut down my G4 Quicksilver to disconnect an external SCSI drive and now it won't power back up. I press the button in the front and it lights up as long as I hold it down but when I stop pressing nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I've been looking for instructions on resetting the PMU or SMC on the Quicksilver but I can't find anything. Does anyone think that will help?
