Macbook Pro 13' Mid 2010 Freezes on Windows 7 x64

My Macbook Pro 13' Mid 2010 Freezes on Windows 7 x64. I've trying to reinstall the Windows and then to install Bootcamp version 4.0.4033; however, the problem still persists. Would you please help me? BTW the problem is the same with the x64 versions of Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
