Hi , I'm having problems with my macbook pro , Macintosh is not on my computer , ive look every where for it , it does't even come up on disk utility , i have to have a hard drive in for my macbook to work , i have OS X installed on it , and if i unplug the hard drive and restart it i get a flashing carpet with a question mark in it , someone please hel!!

Usually that means the drive is dead and needs to be replaced.

Hmmm, "dead" is pretty clear, don't you think? Take the computer to an Apple Store. First, make a genius appointment to bring the computer in for service.
Or you can replace it yourself if you are so inclined. You can purchase replacement drives, toolkits, and tutorials from OWC.

Ok, you are booted to a drive that does not show up in Finder, Go menu, Computer, and it doesn't show up in Disk Utility?
How about if you start up in Recovery?
