I have a mophie Pack Plus on an iphone 5s 32gb on iOS 7.0.3. Whenever I connect the cable to the mophie pack which is connected to the phone, iTunes will not recognize the iphone being connected. It will recognize it without the mophie pack on...but I'm not wanting to take the pack off every time I need to back it up or sync it. Can someone please fix this?

Sorry, you'll have to take it off each time. The Mophie pack is known to have issues with data throughput for iTunes.
Contact Mophie for further support. Your iPhone and your iTunes are working properly.
I don't know if it's Mophie alone, because looking at other threads, some people have complained that with the recent iOS update and iTunes update their Mophie packs which were working fine before are not working properly anymore. I'm wondering if the iOS update has any affect on anything...someone was stating that the new iOS and iTunes updates will sense cords or cables that aren't apple or apple approved and will cause conflicts and problems when trying to sync or charge the iPhone.
This is the thread of people having similar issues with perfectly good mophie packs, but after the new iOS upgrade they stopped working...It's a back and forth argument...nobody's sure which is the cause, but some believe it's Apple while others Mophie.

Starting with the iPhone 5 version, Mophies can't be used while syncing to iTunes. It even says on Mophie's website that you can only sync wirelessly with the Juicepack. This has been the case since well before iOS 7.

Easiest fix is to take of your pack, and sync it once. But before you unhook it, check the box that says "sync over wifi".
You can leave your pack on now.
Easy.
You might want to start paying attention to the date stamps on the posts you respond to.
