Hi lads i just got a brand new i5s in a vodafone network ireland,when i get home i opened a box and seen under screen on a left side of a home button something under screen,look like a little bubble,can i ask them for a new 1?. I dont know what to do next .

I took it back to vodafone,than told me have to wait about 2weeks to get a new one.i dont think its fair as my phone wasnt even powered on. :-/
Get your money back and try to find one somewhere else. They can't give you something they don't have.
Because of it was a bill pay phone they says we can not cancel contract anymore,i rang head office to make a complain and already wrote a letter to them as well.
