Same problem here. Updated to 7.0.3 and since then no sim installed according to my iPad 2. Already got a new sim card, but that didn't solve the problem. Very annoying!

Sprint support helped me. The first rep told me how to get a paper clip and pop out the SIM card. Had to hang up and figure out how to dissect the Otterbox my employer put on my iPad. I take it off, remove the SIM, clean it. When reinstalled, I get No Service where it had said Invalid SIM. I called back ,and the next rep walked me through the following screens, with wi-fi enabled:

    Settings.

    General.

    Reset (way down the screen).

    Subscriber Services.

A little pop-up gives you the option Reprovision Account. When I first tried, nothing. I then hooked in to the wi-fi network where I was, and the Reprovision took me through a few more until I had a cell signal again.

    Good Luck !

I had same issue updated to IOS 7.0.3 last night on my Iphone 5 for Sprint and same thing Invalid SIM came up.

So I went to Sprint Store thsi morning and they cleared and uodated eveythign on the phone. Nothing. Was told to go to Appl eStore.

Went to Applt Store, they checked the phone and all was good. They even gave me a new phone. Same thing Invalid Sim.

Went to another Sprint Store. They put a NEW SIM card in my NEW Iphone Apple Gave me and same thing. Works fro liek 5-10 minutes then the error messag epops up.

No one seems to know the fix. Tried all the BS on here. All the ##clear# , ##update# and nothing.

Evwyone wants to blame everyoen else but the customer is geeting screwed.

Only way to gt ti to work is takign out the sim and puttign back in again and it will work for 10 minutes or so so if u need to make a call thats it.

Otherwise was todl by Sprint "No is NO Solution at this time"

Guess what...if u dont fix the solution would be I'm gonna port over to Tmobile. Oh and Apple u too, you released the update that caused this mess so get your act together or I'm going Android.

i got the same problem. When I chet with apple support, they just copy everything from the web page. The problem is "it is wrong" don't help at all.

I need the phone to wrok tomorrow.

    Now no one can help.

So far, I didn't see any explaination from Apple.

After so many years as an apple fan.....

I think it is time to say good buy.....

I have the same issue. 7.0.3 and iPhone 5. never changed sim and phone is in case, so no dust problem!

Maybe downgrade to 7.0 would solve it?

I realize that my problem, on an iPad and not a phone, may be different than that that you guys have. Have you gone to "settings", though, and worked your way to the "reprovision account" button that Sprint's CSR helped me get to? The iPad steps are spelled out in my previous post. Might your phones be similar ?

I don't have Subscriber Services with my provider!

I am now downgrading from 7.0.3 to 7.0.

Also battery life is worse in 7.0.3!

Ok, no possibility to downgrade, even not from 7.0.3 to 7.0!

Today, I have appoint for 1pm, I was there about 01:02pm and I have to wait for 10 min to see the guy. When I see him, the first thing he told me is " Sir you late, so we  cancel your applint" " Reschedule you at 02:50pm".

I can believe this is applice servcie.

Finally, after 5 days no phone, after I talked to Bestbuy, and Sproint, and 1 hours with Apple support on line. Today, they change a new SIM card from me. Now my phone is working now.

Very bad experience this time. I think this will be my last I phone.

Also, I will call the Apple to make compaly about the service at Tucson AZ  apple store.

I was there on time, and becasue they have too many people make appointment, so he just cancel my applintment.
