So, about 2 hours ago I downloaded 3 apps:
Chat Heads
Found
and Sketch Express.
I typed in my apple id and password, and its downloaded 3 quaters of the way, but still isn't fully downloading.

The applications have already been downloaded, but they are waiting to be installed probably because there's another app which is being installed.
I had the same problem yesterday with iMovie, and it started being installed a few minutes later. However, if this doesn't happen to you, the only solution may be to restart the iMac and reinstall the applications
