Computer Science Major. Mac or Windows? Honestly please.

I'm a computer science major leaning toward software engineering. And my mind is in a loop right now, and I can't decided which I actually want. What would be the better pc, mac or windows, for computer science? Looking past being a bais fanboy, I am only asking as it's a career ahead. Also, please list the pros and cons. I'm told that mac tailors to the art side of people, whereas windows to the geek side (compsci, engineering, gaming, etc.)Thank you so much.

I'm doing computer science and engineering at uni and I have a retina macbook pro 15" 2012 edition.

I use windows installed on my bootcamp partition 80% of the time. I probably should have saved my money and got a windows laptop. I honestly can't reccomend a mac for what youre going to be studying. Unless you want to be developing mac or ios apps.

Should mention you asked on an apple forum, the replies you get may be slightly biased.

I'd ask current students or your professors as suggested above.
