How do I restore the default icons on my macbook?

I just recently upgraded to Mavericks and I can't seem to restore any of my application icons to its default icon. I've tried Candybar, restarting my laptop, Get Info>Delete, logging out, and shutting down my laptop.. Help?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
