trouble with apple id security questions

i have completely forgotten my apple id security answers and yes ive followed all the instructions and sent an email to renew my answers but the email hasn't come through and its been over a week, im eager to get my security questions as i cannot buy anything with my itunes card without verifiying this first, i have tried numerous times, emailing more than once, looking at different email accounts, looking in junk mail. please help.
