Bookmarks Duplicates

Hi everyone

My problem is Bookmarks being duplicated across my devices. This started after Icloud was introduced in ios6 - Its so bad I just can use bookmarks anymore, and just add stuff to reading list.

I have had 2 iphone 4's, and I iphone 5, I also have a Macpro running Mountain lion, a Macbookpro running Mavericks, and a macbook running snow Leopard. The problem is synced across all devices. Ive tried the delete one at a time but this doesnt resolve the issue and takes forever to do.

Please can you help.
