Oct 30, 2013 1:19 PMby OutOfAir,I was having the same problem, two finger scrolling was not working. I notice that it was only happening in the browser, chrome, safari and firefox.
I closed the apps and restarted them, then the two finger scrolling started working again.
All my other trackpad gestures were working.

It is extremely frustrating to lose trackpad capabilities while on the web - doesn't work in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox that I've tried. Works for a couple pages, then stops altogether.
Scrolling also stops working on my Bamboo pen input tablet.

After the update to Mavericks, both stick/freeze very often when scrolling between two different pages in the PDF. Very annoying and makes it difficult to study
