iWork '09 on Mavericks

After upgrading to Mavericks my complete iWork '09 don't open anymore, e.g. when opening pages "Pages cannot be openend because of a problem." I'm also not able to upgrade to any newer version of Pages, Numbers or Keynote. What can I do?

First of all: I installed the iWork 09 Suite last week on Mountain Lion. I upgraded to Mavericks and the Apps doesn't work anymore. I installed the iWork 9.3 Patch as you recommended. The iWork-Apps started and ask me if I want to update to the newer version. I clicked "yes" but nothing happend.

When I now go to the App Store it still shows me only the purchase option. When I click "purchase" then it says "you already installed a version not from the Appstore, do you really want to purchase?"

So I'm still not able to upgrade. Is there any possibility to fix that?

There is a weird work around. Change the system language in the system preferences. Restart the computer and log in . Start macappstore. Now you should see that you can upgrade pages. Do so and log in with your AppleID. When it finished installing you will find pages in the application folder, not in the iWork folder.

Change back the language in the system preferences and resatrt the computer and log in again.
