I have tried to select the contacts I want to insert into Numbers (latest) and it will not drop them into my table or even in a blank page!

I've tried too, with no success. I tried every way I could think of and nothing worked. All that after making sure that Number V3 has permission to share my contacts.

I have, too, confirmed this is a problem.
I had to revert back to Numbers '09 to do it, real bummer!!!
the new numbers is NO GOOD. I would not use it at all.
I use only number 9, the new one is NO GOOD in my opinion
