ipod shuffle not working
When connected to USB a red light flashes and goes
computer recognised it earlier and i loaded some songs too...but wen i decided to listen...nothing was heard
i got it today only..
plz help

Make sure the plug on the USB docking cable is fully inserted into the shuffle's headphones jack. The fit may be tighter than expected, especially when brand new. It should click into place.
As a test, shut down the computer and disconnect all USB devices including hub, except for standard keyboard and mouse if normally used. Do this to reset the shuffle

Start up computer, run iTunes, and connect shuffle to a direct USB port on the computer.
