Where is the Categorize function in the New Numbers

Another nice function in Numbers09 was the categorize function. This was incredibly usefull when used in conjuction with the category averages/subtotal features. I cant seem to find that in the New Numbers. It seems the sort function is a bit more powerfull. Is this feature still there or was it replaced with somehting new?
