Cannot connect to the App Store.

Cannot connect to the App Store. It is loading and then it says "App Store cannot verify a secure connection". Does anyone have any idea how to fix that. I already reinstalled my OS. Thanks!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), App Sore
