Why am I getting continual launchd errors, ReportCrash, sharekithelper

After installing Maverick on my MacBook Pro, I noticed that App Store just spins all the time and never shows anything other than my purchases.

In console I am seeing the following continuously

I have repaired permissions and verified that the disk is fine.

Any suggestion on how to fix this?
