start up itunes on the computer and navigate to the iphone one have various tabs to press with the mouse

info contain sync of contacts, calendar and the likes the one called photos is for photos

get the stuff from the old phone to the computer and take it from there

If the Sony is a Andriod are your contact in your google account? If they are then Under the setting tab, go to Mail, contacts, and calendars and set up your google account. you can choose to sync mail, contacts, calendars and notes. These will be synced to your apple address book.

Or use a PC and CopyTrans Contacts to transfer Sony Xperia Z android contacts and photos to iphone.

I have tried transferring the Sony contacts to my computer, and then import into the iPhone.

So easy ,if you want to transfer contacts between android and iphone 5s.Google Sync and email can help achieve .But if you want to transfer others data from android to iphone,you maybe need to try some tool .
