How can I download all 'Sent' messages from my Bell.net email account?

Problem with Mail App. Added Bell.net and get incoming mail (Inbox visible), but cannot download outgoing mail. Settings are correct by bell.net support. There is no Sent box for Bell.net

OK, I was able to create a SENT box by creating and sending a message from bell.net.

BUT, how do I download all previously sent messages to the SENT folder?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9), 2.8 GHz Quad Core, 10 GB RAM

Incoming server is: pophm.sympatico.ca ...this works fine (all old emails downloaed autmotically)

Outgoing server is: smtphm.sympatico.ca ... this works fine for Apple Mail when creating a new message, but old messages that were created on the bell.net webmail client are not automatically downloading to Mail.
