I wanna upgrade my macbook air to MacOS mavericks. But, i have got unknown error. Also, i'm trying download to anothet program and i have got same errorrScreenshot are in the attachment. I'm needing and waiting your help.

Backup your computer, erase the drive, reinstall Mountain Lion then Mavericks upgrade.
