New Macbook with current software

I have got a new Macbook on order and want to know what I can do with my software I have installed on my IMac.

Can I just install the following software that I have on my IMac

Lightroom

Aperture

PSE 11

PE 11

If I can install them is it just a case of downloading again and using my codes? (If I can find them all)
