Hi Sertix,

I had the same problem after a long search it was my router/modem

Take of the powerplug from the Apple tv and the powerplug from your modem.

Wait for 1 min. and plug it in again after it all started up you can log in on your icloud account.

By this action your modem gets a new IP adres and that seems to be the key for this problem.
