Can a purchased TV Series episode be put on a DVD?

I purchased and downloaded an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" (The Maternal Congruence) and it plays on my computer. I would like to know if there is a way that I can put it on a DVD so that I can watch it on my TV and DVD player that are not attached to any kind of network. Thank you for your assistance.
