"Depressed" apps on iOS 7 (all versions)

Just wondering...does iOS 7 glitch and 'depress' your apps? To me, it's almost as if I pressed the app, and it didn't follow through on the touch, and looks mildly grayed out. It's been happening to me since I got iOS 7 on release day, so I was wondering if any one has experienced that.
