Lock screen timer not working
Hi,
My lock screen timer isn't working - it just shows "0:00" constantly when timers are on. Is anyone else having this issue? Any known fixes?
Thanks

You might just need to reset your iPhone (hold power and home until your iPhone shuts down, then turn it on again).
Apparently this bug only shows up on the iPhone 5S my iPhone 5 shows the timer OK on the lock screen.
People report that a work-around is to use 24 hour time rather than 12 hour time (See Settings > General > Date and Time).
yes, it does work, have to change to 24 hour, boo I like 12 h😕
I'm on a 5C iPhone with iOS 7.1.1(11D201), no time zone traveling here, and time is set to 12hr (AM/PM).
My Clock Timer countdown time is 30 minutes, but my Lock Screen Countdown time is 00:00.
Going to Settings/General/Date & Time/24-Hour Time On immediately fixes that, but eliminates my preferred 12hr time display.
Please fix this!

We are users like you and cannot "fix this." You will have to tell Apple directly: http://www.apple.com/feedback
Hi
when you change your clock setting to 24 hour time to fix your lock screen timer, you should be able to switch it back to 12 hour time with the lock screen timer still working. It worked for my phone. I hope you find this helpful.
iPhone 5S iOS: 8.1.3
This has been fixed in iOS 8.3 beta. Countdown shows the actual time remaining even whilst using the 12 hour clock.
