My powerbook g4 will not start
PowerBook will not start . Tried all the usuals. Took battery out , put back in. Tried smc. Power cord is good getting light on plug etc.

Any sound at all from the machine?
Either your power supply or the PRAM battery is dead. Bring it in to service, or see if you can fix it yourself with tools from http://www.ifixit.com/ Cheaper yet might be to get another working Powerbook G4 from http://www.powermax.com/ and getting a 2.5" Firewire ATA/IDE Parallel hard drive case from http://www.macsales.com/ to recover the information off the old Powerbook's hard drive after it is removed from the old Powerbook.
