Buying New iPad Air: Transferring Apps

I'm buying an iPad Air and am concerned about transfer of apps. Is there a way to do that or will I have to manually re d/l each?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4

MobileGo for iOS - free to try and transfers the files via a wifi network either from mac/pc to iDevice and/or between iDevices...

Technically, if you own already an iPad, just back it up in iTunes. As soon as you connect the Air to iTunes, it will ask you, if you want to set it up as a new one or or from a previous backup.
