my phone keeps telling me to restore my phone however i have restored it several of times yet i still cannot have access into my phone

I had tried to back up my phone through connecting my phone through iTunes, however it had told me to restore my phone which i had done. After this, my phone had not still worked, it had took me to the start up page where it gives you the options to start up as new iPhone, restore from icloud backup or to restore from iTunes backup. I had selected restore from backup which made me continue this cyle again. I had repeated this numerous times however nothing worked. This meant i cannot get any access into my phone.
