deleted photos turn into white jpegs
I have deleted a bunch of photos from my iphone4 running ios7.0.3 and while the photos are gone in their stay are blank white jpegs . How does one fix this !?!?

You should try simply restarting your iOS device to see if the issue is resolved by that action:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue is not resolved by restarting the iOS device according to the instructions in that article, move on to the second part of the article and perform a reset.
If the issue is still not resolved after attempting those two troubleshooting steps, you may need to create a backup of your iOS device, then restore:
