Q: My itunes is acting weird it has this sheild on it and a pop up appears everytime i want to open it, how do I stop that

When I activate itunes it switches to windows basic, and it has a shield on the icon and a pop up appears when i want to open it how do I stop that and change itunes so it doesn't do that?

It sounds a bit like a compatibility mode may have been set for iTunes.

Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):

It didn't work when i do that itunes won't even open, also the shield is still there how do I fix that?

I think it might be an administrator problem because when I uncheck that box it won't open
