Highlights on my iPad 2 aren't syncing to Mac or iPhone

My iBooks highlights on my iPad 2 aren't syncing to my Mac (or iPhone). Highlights on my Mac sync to my iPad though.

I have already enabled syncing in the iBooks preferences for all of my devices.
