Why does the App Store insist on my billing info to get the free upgrade to Mavericks?
Anybody understand this? I have never put my billing info into the app store before. I've never purchased anything. Now, the popup thing comes up partially filled in. i don't think it's right. It tells me the new Mavericks upgrade is free, insists I sign in, then wants credit card info, **** NO!! What gives?
