my iphone 5s has custom ringtone which plays when tapped under a person's name, but when that person phones me the default ringtone rings instead. how do i get custom one to ring?
I have a custom ringtone synced onto on my iphone 5s. it works when tapped so i know its there (ditto on my computer). The phone shows the ringtone as that person's ringtone. yet, when that person phones me, the default ringtone is what rings not the custom ringtone shown for that person. why and how do i get it to ring properly?
