What is iTunesDroper? Since installing Mavericks I am asked for a password to Tunes Droper and none of my passwords work.

I downloaded Mavericks unfortunately...

When trying to connect to a Bang and Olufsen sound system, i repeatedly get a box requiring an iTunesDroper password. None of my passwords work for this. How do I change the password or get past this box?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Hello, I do have exactly the same probelm - seem like none of my ID's or PW's are going to work and I don't have a clue how to reset my PW. I am quite sure, that I was never ever using an ID or PW for B&O Connect before. In case you resolved the issue one way or the other pls. let me know the way to succeed ...

Thanks.

Hi,

This is what you need to do:

- go to system preferences

- click security & privacy

- click privacy

- accessibility

- click the lock and enter password

- check both BeoConnect.app and iTunesDroper.app.

- restart computer and open iTunes

- now if the error appears you should be able to enter your password

- with some the error no longer appears

I hope this helps
