Error 1701

Hi.
I upgraded my Mac to OS X version (Mavericks), and now iTunes (version 11.1.2.) shows a message unknown error (1701) for my iPod Shuffle. What should I do? That never happened, but now that I upgraded my system.

This is clearly a problem with voice over running on iTunes for Mavericks and not a ipod Shuffle gen 4 issue. Someone needs to debug the voice over package for iTunes for Mavericks.
