Clearance instructions required from the importer.

Thats what fedex tracking says a few hours after it arrived in TN. Does this resolve on its own? Thanks.

I have the same exact issue.

A written statement indicating the end use of goods or reason of importation is required.

Recommended action:

Importer must provide statement of end use or reasons for importation.

Reason for delay:

Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity.

Recommended action:

Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods.

Reason for delay:

Clearance instructions from the importer are required.

Recommended action:

Importer must provide instructions.

Same here. Called Apple and they told me that it probably has been taken care of already, and Fedex tracking might just lag behind. No useful specifics. I am supposed to call back if it has not been resolved by Tuesday. Would be very annoying if this leads to delays in the delivery date.
