My iPhone fell into the fire of burning leaves. Even though the case was badly burned, the iPhone is fine, except it's producing no sounds. The side switch is on, the ringer volumes are up. Can the sound be repaired?

Apple does not sell parts or repair devices. They only replace them.
Also take a look at http://dx.com/c/iphone-ipad-ipod-299 for parts/accessories. I got replacement batteries, etc from them for itouch.
I haven't opened up an iphone (yet) but did open up an itouch most parts are replaceable. If apple doesn't have the parts search ebay, etc. Seems like a replacement speaker/ringer, etc are available. If a phone repair for $200 isn't in the budget you can usually find reputable local repair shops that can do the work for you.
You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty exchange for $199 USD.
The little speaker inside the bottom end of the phone likely got melted. You didn't throw it in there because of ios7 did you? LOL
Haha! Yes, the corner with little speaker had the most heat. I'm wondering if that speaker can be repaired, or if I need to get a replacement.
