You need to connect to iTune (computer) to update software
sir according to apple care,
if you are updating the OS thru settings>general>software update
it is not good for OS
so they sujested update the OS thru i-tunes
and problem is, i dont know how to update with i-tunes because i am trying to search iOS 7.0.3
but iOS 7.0.3 is not available in i-tunes.
pls. help

I have updated my iPad from IOS 5 to IOS 7.0.3 using Settings>General>Software Update with no problem.
