Sorry, but this won't be possible. The US Apple Store, if you're asking about giving someone a gift of Apple hardware, does not accept non-US credit cards. And if you're actually referring to the iTunes Store, it's not possible to give an iTunes gift to someone in another country. In either case, you would have to know someone in the US who could purchase the gift card for you.
