Hello,
So I got my iphone 5 more than a year ago... I also have insurance on it through my carrier. It just isnt charging and I have no idea why. Its not the charger because I've tried on several different chargers that work with everyone else's phone. HELP! What should I do in this situation?

I should probably add that I've hooked it up to my computer as well. The itunes does not recognize the phone nor does the computer...

Have you checked the lightning slot for debris ,fluff etc has been identified as an issue by some
Use an air duster to blow out
It sounds like the port itself is having the issue... Is the device completly dead right now?
Personally I'd always go with Apple's insurance; it's phone support and hardware warrenty, but in your case....

IF it still doesn't; there's a possible hardware failure; and sadly that's OOW through apple or insurance via carrier
