Did your iPad fall into water?
For the error 0xE, have a look at this:

Is that a wallpaper called "spilled" or did your "normal" wallpaper turn into that, what we can see in your photo?
What you can do is take a screenshot of your iPad's screen and download it to your PC, then have a look at it.
Screenshot = press and hold the Home button, then briefly press and release the Sleep/Wake button, and also release the Home button.
The screenshot is saved in the Photos app.
No water, no fall, no heat, sun, nothing .....
For me it's a mystery.
I'm sorry, I speak English badly, the pictures are screeanshot (which is good) and photos from the camera as I see the screen (something wrong)

Try a reset first: Press and hold both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If the reset doesn't fix it, try a restore:

Also try to install a different wallpaper.
I have the same problem with my screen. Suddenly it just became just like the image above!
Tried to restore - didn´t work. "Clean" colors, like red and white are shown correctly and a screenshot looks correct on my computer.
I have an ipad2, and I have had it for two years. Is there a solution or is it a hardware issue?
Solved with a frim slap on the side of the ipad... Thought that solution went out the door with the 90's 😀😀😀
Hi... I had the same problem, as Johan1984 correctly pointed out I just slaped in the side it came back. The worry thing is you cant repair the ipad, once it get damaged the only way is to exchange it with apple for new one... My only question to apple is how a mobile device which is advertised that is solid, and is unable to withstand even a small and soft shock, anyways we cant expect answers from apple for this. They wont answer for genuine complaints... try slap in the side of the ipad, and hope it will solve the problem for you...
