How do I remove all those horrid folders on iOS 7 Safari home screen, I have all that info neatly in the bar under search

I would like to know how I deactivate the Safari Home Screen on my iPad and iPhone with iOS 7, that has all those horrid little Jony Ive files covering it from saved web pages...what is worse all my personal information is visible to anyone passing. I have all my files neatly listed in the Menu Bar under the search...
