§ and ` keys wrong way around on keyboard

Hello,

I recently installed Window 8.1 Pro on my new rMBP.

However, I seem to have the problem that my ` and § keys are the wrong way around.

Also, for instance, if I swapped the language to German, the same place on the keyboard where those keys are located happen to be in the same wrong place (^ and <).

Anyone know what I can do?

I'm using the built-in keyboard and tried an Apple bluetooth keyboard and they both produce the same results. I am using both United Kingdom (Apple) keyboards - and it is selected that in the Windows settings.
